How does Qatalog's pricing work?

We employ a fair billing policy — you only pay for the people that actually use Qatalog. We do not charge you for people who have not used Qatalog during the last billing cycle. If you have paid in advance, we will add pro-rata credit to your account for the inactive users.  When you add new people to your team, we will apply a one-time, pro-rata charge to cover additional people for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Normal billing will resume after that billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

Question 3

My team wants to cancel our subscription. Can we get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you are not happy with Qatalog we offer a no-hassle cancellation policy. For monthly plans, you will not be billed for any accrued charges in your current billing cycle and for annual plans, you will not be charged for any unused months. Please contact us at support@qatalog.com so we can figure out how to best suit your needs.

Are discounts available for nonprofits?

Yes, we offer eligible non-profit organizations a 50% discount. Contact our Work Hub advisors here to see if your organization is eligible.

How can I upgrade to the Pro or Enterprise plan?

Accepted Answer

To upgrade to the Pro plan go to the settings page and click “Change plan”. You will need to have admin permissions to do this.To upgrade to the Enterprise plan please book a call with one of our Work Hub advisors here, and they will reach out within the next business day to discuss the options available.
